Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship from?

All orders are designed and produced in New Zealand and shipped locally from within NZ.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed within 2–4 business days, with delivery typically taking 1–3 business days nationwide depending on your location.

Do you offer free shipping?

Orders over $100 ship free. Standard delivery is $5 for orders under $50 and $10 for orders between $50 and $100.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.


Products

What materials are your products made from?

Our terrain and accessories are made using high-quality durable PLA (or resin for miniatures), designed for tabletop durability and detail.

Are your products painted?

Unless otherwise stated, products are supplied unpainted so you can customise them to match your army or tabletop style.

Do your products come assembled?

Most items are supplied either:

  • Fully assembled, or
  • In pre-assembled sections for safer shipping

This will always be specified on the product page.


Compatibility

What games are your products compatible with?

Our terrain and accessories are designed for use with popular tabletop systems including:

  • Warhammer 40K
  • Age of Sigmar
  • Dungeons & Dragons and other RPG systems
  • Sci-fi and fantasy tabletop wargames

What scale are your products?

Most terrain is designed for 28–32mm scale miniatures, which is standard for modern tabletop wargaming.


Custom & Special Orders

Do you accept custom terrain requests?

Yes, custom work may be available depending on complexity and workload. Please contact us with your idea and we’ll let you know if it’s possible.

Can I request changes to a product?

Minor modifications may be possible in some cases. Reach out before ordering to discuss requirements.


Returns & Issues

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns for faulty or damaged items. Because most products are made to order, change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos and we will arrange a replacement or resolution.


Payments & Security

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards and secure online payments via Shopify Payments and other supported gateways.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify’s secure checkout system.
